All products of IBS come with a minimum of 2 years warranty and conversion right in case of damage or failure based on our terms and conditions. Generally IBS handles complaints easyly and straightforward to the benefit of our customers. The software provided by IBS, known as Environmental Settings Software, in short ESS, is continuously maintained and improved on a regular basis by new releases. Basically, all customers which use hardware products of IBS are entitled to freely apply our software in conjunction with these products. |
